Job Description:

The Accounts Officer will be mainly responsible for client acquisition and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building your own sales funnel, and leads management
  • Pitching the product to potential clients and partners
  • Conducting introductory orientation to new clients and partners
  • Provide assistance and support during marketing and networking events
  • Assist new client until contract close
  • Achieve monthly goals and KPIs

Job Qualifications:

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can build and close partnerships, focus on campaigns, and communications strategies for new and existing clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Promotes and sells the brand to potential partners and clients
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Build an efficient sales pipeline from scratch
  • Build long term relationship with new and existing customers

Job Qualifications:

Collections Officer
Full Time

Job Description:

The Collections Officer is responsible for maintaining client relationship through efficient and soft collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing / making Outbound & Inbound calls from clients.
  • Maintains updated customer contact information in the collections systems and ensures correctness of details (phone numbers, emails & addresses)
  • Responsible in collecting receivables thru call, texts & emails.
  • Responsible in reminding clients of their due dates and continuously monitor accounts.
  • Consistently & efficiently maintains contact with clients to avoid incurring past due accounts.
  • Must be detail-oriented regarding the inputs needed in the collections report.
  • Should be in-charge of making follow-ups on the collections for each account starting on due date up to adjusted due date.
  • Responsible for updating collections report every time there will be instructions coming from clients.
  • Responsible in making follow up on promises / commitments to pay to ensure collections.
  • Performs skip tracing to make sure constant contact with clients.
  • Documents all information gathered from collections accurately.
  • Refer problem accounts to immediate officer for proper handling.
  • Responsible for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports needed.
  • Propose for the improvement of current collections process.
  • Perform adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as a collections agent or a related field
  • Experience in Business to Business collections
  • Is familiar with the nature of factoring / invoice discounting 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs – MS Excel, MS PPT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day client relationship management
  • Responding to enquiries and questions from clients concerning operations and the online platform
  • Managing client complaints using a pro-active approach
  • Tracking and documenting all incidents and issues, and seeing to it that they are resolved within a given timeframe.

Marketing Associate

Job Description:

The Marketing Officer is expected to lead and manage all online marketing activities (including website and social media management, content creation, and graphic design). And to support business development on offline marketing and below the line marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of corporate website and social media accounts
  • Creation of weekly content and proposal of content timeline for social media accounts
  • Tracking and monitoring of website and social media traffic and reporting it to management
  • Doing market research to understand market needs and to build an effective approach to KyoPay’s target market
  • Planning, preparation, and implementation of online Marketing campaigns and activities targeted towards building brand awareness and client acquisition
  • Planning, preparation, and implementation of offline Marketing campaigns and activities targeted towards client acquisition
  • Proposal and Implementation of SEO strategies

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or the equivalent

  • Preferred candidate: SEO certified or working experience in the field of Digital Marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Gimp, or an equivalent
