KyoPay Sponsors Power Soccer Football Academy to Support the Underprivileged Youth in Myanmar

November 8, 2019 — It is a delight to announce KyoPay’s recent sponsorship with Power Soccer Football Academy — the sponsorship started as our way to encourage support within the community. We believe that sports can be very helpful in developing social skills, physical skills and team-spirit in children. Meaningful partnerships will always go beyond just doing business, we are happy to support the continuous learning and growth of these children through sport by sponsoring for 80 kids to train and compete in local and International football tournaments.
For that arrangement, Riza Cuartero, CEO of KyoPay Technologies and Albert Stages Kamara, Founder of Power Soccer Football Club officially signed the MOU this 30 October 2019.
Power Soccer is a non-residential Private Football Training Academy established in 8 April 2008 and gives the elite professional aspect of coaching like basic football skills training, learning environment to build future football talent for kids and increase awareness of the importance of sport in Myanmar. Power Soccer is part of KyoPay’s valued clientele using invoice discounting to grow their business.
We, KyoPay Technologies is an invoice discounting platform which connects SMEs and investors. SMEs can sell their receivable invoices and the investors can buy those receivables at a discount on the other hand. Those who buy invoices in KyoPay can earn 2% - 3% on a monthly basis. KyoPay was founded early 2018 and during the one year operations period, KyoPay has already transacted over 1.8 billion MMK worth of receivable invoices from SMEs in Yangon.
